Beloved, this meditation is a daily grounding practice of mine which allows me so much freedom of spirit and true connection to Source, the land, and others.

It’s so easy for us to experience a disconnect, for us to isolate ourselves, or perhaps just not prioritize our needs on a daily basis. This can lead to emotional, mental, and health blockages that will require extensive repair work in the future. In order to be clear on our intentions, almost resetting our brains, it’s vital to incorporate a daily grounding practice.

This meditation is easy to follow, and you can do this from anywhere. Whether it’s your local park, your sacred sanctuary at home, or perhaps a local beach. It’s all for your benefit as it’s time that you’re setting aside to commune with the Divine, reach into the heart of the earth, embrace nature around you and allow yourself to reflect and tune into your authenticity. Setting time aside can be daunting at times with the hustle and bustle of life, businesses, holidays, family, and responsibility, but the time we gift ourselves is an act of self-compassion Beloved. I encourage you to take time for yourself and find your feet for the day in these practices.

Grounding allows us to be more clear-headed, providing clarity on decisions and guidance on our path, it allows us to show up for ourselves in the most beautiful way possible – cultivating sustainable connection. Practicing daily grounding techniques also connects the heavenly and earthly realms with beautiful light, intertwining our energy with everything, and when we feel more connected to everything then we feel more connected and fulfilled inwardly.

I invite you to take part in this daily grounding practice for 21 days, do this meditation for 3 weeks and you will see amazing results. You might experience a heightened sense of clarity, creativity, and perspectives as you’re guided by the Divine. Sit with a pen and paper before starting and allow Spirit to speak to you as you follow this guided meditation.

Let’s step towards a more united, connected, grounded sense of self through our love of the earth and her warmth toward us.
