What is Geomancy?
Quantum physics proves that everything is made of energy and, for centuries, the Earth has been studied from all angles. We now know that ley lines, geopathic stress, underwater streams, mineral deposits, and many other energetic aspects make up and impact the land we live on, which directly affects other aspects of our environment.
Geomancy is a natural science that integrates aspects such as geophysics, astrology, meteorology, ecology, hydrogeology, environmental landscape science, and architecture, all to improve the vibrational frequency of the land. Through Geomancy, we learn how to identify, locate, and heal natural or man-made issues that are negatively affecting the land and those inhabiting it. These wounds of the land can come from past traumas and geopathic stress and can be buried deep inside the energetic lines of the land from past, ancestral traumas, such as war, distress and environmental imbalance.
What is Geopathic Stress?
Disturbances in the earth’s energies cause geopathic stress, which is basically the same as our bodies experiencing high forms of stress and presenting that through illness or imbalance. Geopathic stress can have a number of negative, and even detrimental, effects on people, from sleeplessness, infertility, cancers, and headaches, to larger mechanical failures in construction, and can be the cause of “black streams” which can be harmful and deadly in excavations, mining, explosions and more.
High accident zones and high illness rate zones can be directly linked to geopathic stress in the energy lines of a given area. Geopathic stress can travel from streams, or throughout the steel construction frames of buildings, and spread into larger areas if not recognized and healed through Geomancy. Diseases and conditions such as cancer, down’s syndrome, schizophrenia, Chron’s, anxiety, addictions, obsessions, and location-specific depression, among many others, are symptoms of local geopathic stress.
What is Dowsing?
Dowsing has been practiced throughout history, it is visible in cave paintings, Egyptian hieroglyphs, and ancient Chinese etchings, and one thing has always remained consistent: dowsing has been used to find the hidden and bring it to light.
‘Geomancy’ means ‘divination of the earth’, and, through dowsing, we use tools that connect two things: location and divination. We use these tools to find things like underground water sources, evidence of mining, energy lines, or geopathic stress, and once discovered, we learn the reasoning behind what we’ve found.
Dowsing tools can vary depending on the user, the type of divination, and personal preference. These tools can be bought, but they can also be made from anything that the Dowser resonates with. The most common tools are L-shaped metal rods, pendulums, and Y-shaped sticks – as long as the device is held correctly and is able to shift direction upon detection or discovery, it can be utilized.

Twenty-something years ago I met Alex Stark when I took his Geomancy and Land Healing course in San Francisco. I had already submerged myself in the study and practice of Feng Shui but discovered such richness once I learned from Alex. Geomancy took me right back to my time spent exploring as a little girl and reminded me of my meaningful connection to the earth, where I could fall in love with her energy and be completely vulnerable.
We both had a passion for Feng Shui, Land Healing, and, more importantly, connecting others to the Earth, to the cycles of nature, and guiding them into immersive alignment in all areas of their lives. Alex and I built a beautiful friendship over these years and decided to combine our passions, and so our in-person retreats were born. We led many throughout the forests and sacred sites of Ireland, leading them into their awakenings and teaching dowsing techniques, traditional blessings, and much more.
The more we did this, the more explosive the response from our students was, and we realized that we could reach many more souls with an accessible online course. This is how the Online Geomancy & Land Healing Certification came to life, the mutual desire we had to provide everyone with an equal opportunity to connect with the Mother and truly lose themselves in the magic of Land Healing.

Why is Healing Important?
Our Mother
Our Mother, Gaia, Pachamama, the Earth, she is suffering. Over hundreds and thousands of years, she has been carved with wars, anger, and destruction, she has been drowning in the tears of her children, who want only healing for her. Humans have brought trauma to her womb and poured it into her energy lines, she feels everything. The trauma runs through her veins, through the ley lines, dragon veins, valleys, rivers and oceans; this has manifested as geopathic stress, which goes through the cycle of nature and returns the destruction back to humanity in many forms. Mother Nature does not wish ill on her children, she provides for us, nourishes us and loves us. Our Mother is calling us to action, she is asking for our help to heal what has been broken, restore what has been destroyed and revive what has been killed.
As Lightworkers, Healers and Empaths it is our responsibility to heal, to return to the core of the Earth with love and cry with her as we feel her pain. When we practice conscious living, compassion and empathy, we allow room for change, for a world-shaking difference that can alter the energy we are all connected to – Gaia. Our vision is to cultivate harmony and bring balance back to the soil, inviting others to align with the goal of uncovering the new earth, the unveiling of a restored earth with only love, harmony and balance.
The Balance of the Divine
The balance between the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine is essential for the attainment of harmony and alignment. The Divine Feminine is the source of all creation, she is the moon, the divine energy of the Universe that manifests in the form of love, beauty, nourishment, and transformation. The Divine Masculine, on the other hand, is the sun, the energy that drives us to take action, to make changes, to create, and to innovate.
The two energies are complementary and need each other to achieve balance. The Divine Feminine is the source of strength, creativity, and emotional connection, providing the inspiration-fuel for our dreams and goals. The Divine Masculine brings the focus and direction to manifest those dreams, providing the structure and framework to the task. Both energies, balanced and in harmony, can manifest abundance, joy, and fulfillment.

To restore balance, it is important to take time to reconnect with the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within. Taking a moment to be still, to listen to our inner guidance, and to honor our emotions can bring us back into alignment with our true power. This is acceptance of self in the highest form. When these two energies are balanced, it allows us to be in our divine power and to authentically express who we are in the world, this allows us to heal and grow into our fullest potential.

What is a Geomancer?
A Geomancer is a person who specializes in working with the energy of the Earth, with Gaia, in a variety of ways.
