Important Information
All of the most important information for this retreat is stored on this page and will be updated as necessary. It is vitally important that each participant completes the following administrative tasks:
- Fill in the Questionnaire.
- Join the WhatsApp Group (active messaging will not be allowed until 3-4 weeks before the retreat, but announcements will be made there).
- Download the waiver, fill it in, and send it back to us.
- Download the Suggested Packing List.
Take note of the arrival and departure times below before booking flights:
6th of September: Shuttle pick-up from Cork Airport to the hotel will be at 2 PM.
11th of September: Shuttle drop-off from the hotel to Cork Airport will depart at 8 AM.

The itinerary is subject to change. Any updates will be made here, and major changes will be announced on our WhatsApp group. Please note that the availability of the Skellig Michael Tour depends on weather conditions. Times and additional details will be provided closer to the retreat time.

Day 3 - Sunday, 8th | Holy Trinity Cathedral (Mother Arc Stargate) & Grange Stone Circle

Day 4 - Monday, 9th | Skellig Michael Island Tour & Kerry Cliffs Integration

*Additional Skellig Michael Tour information:
- All boats have toilets on board and there is a toilet facility at the base of the island
- The tour is also weather-dependent, the boat may not be able to reach the Island if the weather is too bad, so the tour would be canceled unfortunately
- 1-hour boat ride to the Island – bring motion sickness pills if needed
- Bring Hiking sticks for additional balance if needed
- Exploring the island on foot is only advisable for those fit and at ease with heights. Once you land, it’s a challenging hike up 600 steep and sometimes slippery stone steps
- Bring a good pair of grippy shoes
- Bring warm clothes and a light waterproof outer layer, as weather conditions can change quickly and dramatically

- *Shuttle service from the Victoria Hotel to Cork Airport at 8am
- PLEASE take note that we recommend only booking flights for the afternoon of the 11th in order to provide enough time
Please make sure you join our WhatsApp group. This group will be our main point of contact a day or two before the retreat and during the retreat. Joining early will help ensure you stay informed. If you have any trouble joining the group, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Please be sure to book any days before or after the retreat with the hotel itself on your own account. We will not be held responsible for a lack of availability for any additional nights’ stay outside of the retreat itself. We will not be making additional bookings on behalf of participants.
If you need to cancel your spot after paying in full, please review our cancellation policy to understand your refund options. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Full payments are due 45 days before the retreat, which is July 23, 2024, in this case.
This recommended packing list serves as a helpful guideline for what you may need during this trip. Please keep an eye on the weather closer to the time for a more accurate idea of what type of clothing to pack.
Shuttle pick-up from Cork Airport will be at 2 PM on September 6, 2024.
Please Note When Booking Flights: If your flight arrives after the designated pick-up time, you will need to arrange your own transportation from the airport to the hotel at your own expense.
